The Four Keys To Excellent Health and Wellness

February 21st, 2010 oneway No comments

Your healthy functioning body is the most valuable material asset you possess. It’s the first thing of value given to you when you enter this world and you owe it to yourself to value it and increase its functioning value. Today I will give you 4 keys to progressively creating a healthy body and life for yourself so that you can enjoy life to the fullest. Here are your healthy nutrition tips:

Key #1 – Think Right: “As your mind flows so your life goes.” Meaning – your life is a product of the thoughts you think, which leads to the actions you do, which then creates the results you see. Someone who is 400 pounds overweight cannot loose 100 pounds per year if they continue to think that they must have a pound of ice cream every day to be happy. Clearly the key to changing this ingrained habit pattern is to progressively change that way of thinking to one that will produce right habits/actions and thereby producing the desired results.

Key #2 – Eating & drinking Right: Consuming the right foods is also very important. Many people find this hard to do because they’ve long formed improper eating habits that can be very hard to change without assistance. How would you rate your eating habits? Understand that your body is a living organism that uses the food you consume to recreate itself. Before a cell dies it reproduces another cell from the food you are currently consuming. So consider this: If you had the choice would you create your body from the nutrients in the food you are consuming right now?

Key #3 – Resting Right: Rest = Restoration. Makes sense, doesn’t it? While exercise and movement are essential for stimulating circulation and the elimination of toxins, rest and sleep provide an opportunity for the body to cleanse, repair, and rejuvenate on a deep cellular level. Nourishing your body with plenty of healing sleep and rest is essential for becoming whole.

Key #4 – Being Happy every day: That is the cornerstone of any health and wellness guide. Now, some people would consider the possibility of being happy every day to be impossible but I’m here to tell you that it is possible. YES IT IS! How? Well for starters I recommend that you smile for at least one minute as soon as you get up each morning. It doesn’t matter if your life is totally upside down – smile anyway. There are many benefits to smiling that I won’t go into here but from a body chemical standpoint it does the body well. Secondly, I recommend that you smile and say HI to as many people as you can throughout the day. Just these 2 tips alone are enough to improve your mood and outcome in life significantly. My main tip to being happy everyday will be included in an article on nutrigoddess.com called “How to be Happy Every Single Day!”

Recap: How to improve health and fitness?
1.    Think right
2.    Eating & drinking Right
3.    Resting Right
4.    Being Happy every day

These 4 components are what it takes to achieve excellent health.

Hot Flashes and Night Sweats

December 7th, 2009 oneway No comments

Nocturnal hyperhidrosis is frequent and frequently uncomfortable. It is a condition that affects humans of any age, but it is most ofttimes connected with women going through menopause, hence the common term menopause night sweats. Nevertheless, night sweats in men also exist regardless of more serious nocturnal sweats worries. A recent study argues that more individuals believe they suffer clinical nocturnal hyperhidrosis than in reality endure night sweats.

If you sweat while sleeping at night because the temperature in your room is warm or because you wear heavy pajamas or use extravagant bedsheets, this does not suggest you are enduring sleep hyperhidrosis. Keep in mind that studies suggest that the most comfortable sleeping temperature for most humans is a tad on the chilly side and that sleeping fabrics should be made from breathable fabrics.

Night sweats specifically happen when a sudden and drastic sweat takes place. It makes your sleep dress and bedding damp and it feels sticky. Real night sweats are ofttimes companioned by your heart rushing or some other sense of anxiety.

In women, sleep hyperhidrosis ofttimes demonstrates itself as menopause night sweats and hot flashes at the onset of menopause. Menopause night sweats are sleep hot flashes. Hot flashes occur when shifting estrogen degrees befuddle the hypothalamus in our brain, causing us to perceive shifts in body temperature that don’t in reality take place.

Hence our body is duped into attempting to overcompensate for a temperature modification that hasn’t happened. Our body dilates blood vessels (the hot flash) and activates our sweat glands (the night sweats) to cool us when we don’t need to be cooled off.

On top of the wide gender-independent causes I’ll describe later, men experience night sweats through a sort of andropause analogous to a male variation of menopause. This creates a specific phenomenon known as Night Sweats in Men. This male night sweats happens when men’s hormones (specifically testosterone) shifts and triggers estrogen instabilities that confound the brain’s hypothalamus often like in a woman’s hot flash.

Night Sweats occur in both men and women, despite the common connection being with menopause night sweats. In addition to a type of andropause, males share the ability to suffer from sleep hyperhidrosis through a number of health conditions. These include tuberculosis, hypoglycemia, diabetes, abscesses, and cancer (particularly lymphoma).

If you believe you are suffering genuine nocturnal hyperhidrosis and not just a little environmental irritation, I urge you to get hold of your physician to talk about the issue. There are numerous matters which can trigger night sweats, some of them quite little and harmless. However, there are likewise many challenging conditions that feature night sweats as an earlier symptom. And of course, it’s always greater to be secure than to be sorry later.

Girl Shorts

November 17th, 2009 oneway No comments

I always love to write about all the different kind of interest topics. I do not have a favorite topic in mind, but I really enjoy writing about just almost anything right now. I’m starting an online business and writing about various topics. I have been known to write about credit cards, insurance, Spanish, English, Chinese, Japanese, French, Italian, German and other languages. I speak several different languages and currently I’m going to school for a bachelors.

When I’m done with school. I will continue to do SEO work and wright various articles. I enjoy, writing articles, because I’m able to learn more about the topics that I’m not very familiar with. Of course I have to learn about the topics first and research on the internet, and then I am able to go about and write about what I have learned on that topic. For example, if I am learning or if I am going to write an article about such topic. First I go online and I research, that topic. Sometimes it takes, me, several minutes because I am somewhat familiar with it already. It depends, though how good you’re with the topic. Sometimes it might take me an hour or more to learn about the topic. Either way, I am continuing my education.

I look at all kinds of sites. I like to look at sites like yahoo answers, Google News, Yahoo news, CNN, Fox news, press releases and other reference materials. Anyway, after I have researched the topic well and that I can write something from off the top of my head. To give you an example this time I will write about www.girlshorts.org. Then, I write this is down in front of my computer and I begin typing. I’d like to type out then run through it once again to make sure it flows nicely and check for grammatical errors. In the article I will be sure to include useful information to readers, regarding cabins . After that I’m done.

Then I am done. I will set the article side and maybe wait a few hours, sometimes the day and I’ll get back to it later with fresh eyes and a good night’s sleep, and I’ll see the article, and again review it for any errors or any changes or anything. I like to see if it might sound better if it were put in other words, sometimes more precise and condensed. Then I’m ready to publish what I wrote, so I find the place where I want to publish it, and I submit the article. They’ll review after it’s finished and that’s about all then. It. Usually its accepted and I can go on in the next topic of choice. After the readers have the information, informing them with girl shorts, then they can make a smart choice.

Which Mattress Should You Choose

October 9th, 2009 oneway No comments

When space or budget is limited, futon makes an excellent piece of furniture. It originated in Europe, perhaps because of the historically small sized apartments as compared to America. As colleges will soon be starting new sessions, there are going to be many fresh and old students who would be required to decide about the ways of furnishing their dormitories and flats for the first time. A futon is an excellent solution for a place to sit as well as a place to sleep. Before you really venture out to buy one, it may be helpful to know the kinds of mattresses available and look for one that suits your budget. Of course, take a look at mattress comparisons to get the most out of your purchase.

Generally futon mattresses are available in two different types over a large variation in sizes that may go to cover just a simple chair to a couch that can be spread over to have  large king sized bed. A futon mattress may be classified in two main categories:  a standard foam layer and a spring coil.

Foam layer mattresses can be really nice because they aren’t very bulky. They are fairly simple for one to two people to carry depending upon the size of the mattress. Generally they are rather firm, but it largely depends on the material used for making it. Its lower price motivates a lot of people to buy one. Getting beds from Englander is one choice here. But, if you plan to use it regularly for sleeping, you may consider having a foam layer mattress that is available with viscoelastic foam for a slightly higher price. The main disadvantage of patronizing an economical mattress is that its firmness makes it rather uncomfortable for sleeping on a regular basis. Also they tend to compress rather quickly, providing less support for your neck and back which may lead to pain after prolonged periods of use.

Spring coil futon mattresses are voluminous and heavier than those with layered foam. Their construction is like a typical bed mattress with foam layers inside along with springs, the latter provide the needed support as well allow some control over the firmness of the mattress. So, you can say that a layered mattress is one continuous piece whereas that with springs has breaks in-between that are pieced together when laid flat. The springs incorporated in the construction of such mattresses make them voluminous and prevent them from getting bent, unlike a layered one. Their bulky nature makes it difficult for one person to carry them around.

Keeping your budget in consideration, you may go for either type of a futon mattress at an economical price. And King Koil furniture should be your solution. Though the foam layer variety may come very cheap, it’s not too expensive to have a low end coiled mattress at a reasonable price. It may interest you to learn that depending on the quality, brand and its size, a futon mattress may cost you anywhere from seventy to seven hundred dollars.
